Prices are subject to change without notice.

Natural Products

Our rock and landscaping materials are natural products. Because of this, variations in color, size, texture, and shape are normal and expected. Some materials may also contain smaller particles known as “fines.” We cannot guarantee uniform appearance between loads.

All Sales Final

Please double-check your product selection and quantities before purchasing. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once materials have been delivered or picked up.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for making sure the delivery area is accessible and safe for our trucks. Florence Rock is not responsible for damage caused during delivery, including damage to driveways, concrete, curbs, landscaping, irrigation systems, underground utilities, or other property features.

If materials are unloaded in the street, the customer is responsible for removing them promptly and placing any necessary safety markers, such as reflective cones.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of delivery unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Past-due balances will accrue interest at a rate of 10% per year. If collection action is required, the customer is responsible for reasonable attorney’s fees and related costs.

Lien Notice

If payment is not made in full for materials provided, Florence Rock may file a mechanic’s lien against the property being improved, as allowed by law.

Responsibility & Safety

Customers assume responsibility for the handling and use of all materials after pickup or delivery. By purchasing from Florence Rock, you agree to hold us harmless from claims or damages related to the use or handling of our products.
